Program Layout

After an initial catch up where we will discuss your goals, challenges, and daily routines; Cam will then create your personalised Daily Practice Plan.
We will then begin working together one-to-one over a four week period.
Each week we will catch up at the studio or online for an hour to meditate and review your week. -
During the first week of your plan, we will be aiming to get you into a flow with your practice and iron out any challenges.
This week is about finding your feet. -
During the second week we will begin to pick up your exercises as you begin to find your rhythm.
On the second week you will start to feel the beneficial impact of your plan. -
During the third week, your training-wheels will very much be off and finding a natural flow with your plan. While your rhythm and impact will begin to shine through, we will start to niche your exercises so gear you towards your best version!
This week is about mastering your plan. -
On the last week, we will aim to curate a forward thinking plan of action for you to continue integrating your newly found level of fulfilment.
This week is about reflection & integration. -
Spaces are limited each month for the Accountability Progam - contact Cam to secure your space for the month.
Price varies between ยฃ40-50 per hour depending on your availability to attend sessions during the day or evening.
You can pay for a block of 4 sessions or per session.
Sometimes students continue their Accountability Program to bi-weekly or monthly sessions to help them further their practice.

Your Daily Practice Plan isnโt just limited to meditation; each plan is carefully curated for each individual and includes daily exercises like journalling, gratitude, affirmations, and manifestations..
JOURNALLING
Keeping a journal helps us create order when our world feels like it's in chaos. Even a small 5 minutes in the evening can act as a secondary way of processing and de-stressing for the mind.
GRATITUDE
Studies show that a simple daily gratitude exercise can help improve sleep, mood and immunity . It allows us to change our perspective of life and boost all the feel-good chemicals in our body.
AFFIRMATIONS
Intentional affirmations can help disrupt negative thinking habits and build new positive neural pathways within the sub-conscious mind. They allow us to sow the seeds of our conscious mind.
MANIFESTATIONS
Manifesting isnโt some sort of โwoo-wooโ concept that so many think, in a nutshell manifesting is mind-setting. In the same way we can strengthen the physical body, we can do the same for the mind for creation and intuition.
