Courses for all ages

In each Kids Course, your child will receive their own mantra and be taught an easy eyes closed meditation practice they can do each day. โ€จโ€จ

Throughout the day the children will gain all the knowledge and experience as Vedic meditators.

Meeting โ€˜Caz the cavemanโ€™, receiving their own mantra, witness the traditional ceremony (Puja), group meditations, sharing circle and then finishing with a โ€˜Create Your Best Selfโ€™ drawing session. โ€จโ€จ

The course is about making meditation enjoyable and normalising taking time out to close the eyes, rest and practice meditation.

Pre teens & adolescents have slightly longer sessions and content tailored to their respective ages.

Requirement To Learning

There is only one crucial requirement when it comes to teaching childrenโ€ฆ It is important that the children have expressed an interest in meditation.

Pushing meditation onto anybody can often push them further away. We always ask that you ask your child โ€œwould you like to learn meditation?โ€ and if the response is positive, that is enough for them to do the course.

It is also important that the child learning has at least one parent/caregiver who meditates regularly. This is so the child has a role model within the household to look upon for encouragement.

Schools Initiative

Cam has been involved in exciting initiatives to support children throughout Mental Health Awareness Week by teaching meditation in schools, which was featured on Sky News & ITV.

Learning meditation for children in schools can be fundamental to reducing stress at a young age and strengthening brain health.

Studies show that the Hippocampus (memories) & Pre-Frontal Cortex (problem solving, creativity) are stronger within the brain of a young meditator.
